What we process and why

Private event and Christmas lunch enquiries. When you fill in our form, we process your name, email, phone number, preferred date, number of guests and message. We use this to answer your enquiry and plan your event. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into an agreement).

Table bookings and takeaway. Bookings and orders are handled by Fresto, which processes your data on our behalf so that we can receive and handle your booking or order.

Email and phone. If you contact us, we use your details to reply.

How long we keep data

We delete enquiries no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless they become part of an agreement. Data that forms part of our accounts is kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use these processors: Simply.com (website hosting), Microsoft 365 (email) and Fresto (bookings and takeaway). Microsoft may process data outside the EU on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We only use necessary cookies unless you give your consent. The Google Maps map is only shown once you accept it. Read more in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. You can also request restriction, object to processing or ask for data portability. Email info@bankeraat.dk.
